Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and No-Show: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee. - If you would like to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment time. - We cannot refund or credit back to you if the cancellation is less than 24 hours. - Cancel an appointment within 24 hours to 13 hours: 50% of the appointment fee will be charged. - Cancel an appointment within 12 hours to 1 hour: 100% of the appointment fee will be charged. Return and Refund Policy **For Massage Services:** - A massage service generally cannot offer a refund or return if a client has already received the full duration of their scheduled massage session from the therapist, as the service has been fully delivered and considered "consumed" once the massage is completed.
